The plant will have about 170,000 t/y capacity, investment above USD 400 million, feedstock of vegetable oils, waste and animal fats, and full operations scheduled for 2029. Structured as project finance, the offtake gives lenders revenue predictability. It is the first contract of its kind in Argentina.
