2026年10月20日，“青氢一号”中能建松原氢能产业园（绿色氢氨醇一体化）项目二期在吉林松原开工，总投资108.28亿元。二期建设两套年产20万吨级合成氨装置、12.6万标方电解水制氢装置，绿氢、绿氨年产能分别达9万吨、40万吨；新能源装机由一期800兆瓦提升至1600兆瓦。一期已于2025年12月投产，2026年10月13日一期绿氨在浙江舟山完成首批船对船加注。目前项目已与多家海外企业签订长期供货协议，绿氨将用于远洋航运和掺烧发电。（来源：吉林省人民政府网 2026-10-20，https://jl.gov.cn/yaowen/202610/t20261020_3681185.html）On 20 October 2026, phase II of the CEEC Songyuan hydrogen park (integrated green hydrogen, ammonia and methanol) broke ground in Songyuan, Jilin, with total investment of CNY 10.828 billion. Phase II adds two 200,000 t/y ammonia trains and 126,000 Nm3/h electrolysis, lifting green hydrogen and ammonia capacity to 90,000 t/y and 400,000 t/y; renewable capacity rises from 800 MW to 1,600 MW. Phase I began production in December 2025 and completed China's first ship-to-ship green ammonia bunkering in Zhoushan on 13 October 2026. Long-term supply agreements have been signed with several overseas buyers.
